When you use our quote form we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, suburb or postcode, the service you're interested in, your property type, your message and, if you choose to send them, your rebate checker answers and preliminary results. We may also collect information when you call, email or meet with us, such as your address, energy bills and details about your property.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use IP addresses to protect our forms from spam and abuse.

The rebate eligibility checker runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to attach them to an enquiry.

How we use your information

• to respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes;
• to design, install, maintain and support your system;
• to help with rebates, discounts and network approvals when you ask us to;
• to meet our legal, safety, warranty and record-keeping obligations;
• to protect our website from spam and misuse.

• electricity distributors, Solar Victoria, the Clean Energy Regulator and other agencies when arranging approvals, rebates or certificates for your installation;
• product manufacturers and suppliers for warranty purposes;
• subcontractors working on your installation.

Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected.

Third-party services on this website

• Google Maps is embedded on our contact page and Google Fonts provides our typeface. Google may collect technical information such as your IP address when these load.

Storage and security

Enquiries are delivered to our business email account, and a backup copy is kept in a private, password-protected area of our hosting account so that no enquiry is lost. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify information we no longer need.

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
